If anyone is interested in purchasing an apartment in Kingston, this one is coming up soon.
It was so nice to recently photograph a home with real wood floors for a change instead of the usual concrete slab with floating floors.
Wow new houses still going up. the builder I shoot for has just finished these 3 homes and has another 3 on the go, busy man!.
Multiple exposures: Now that photography is captured with digital cameras and with a few extra tools and software mutiple exposures have pretty much become the norm for me. Unless I'm photographing something moving or a client is on a very tight budget I rarely try and capture the final image in one go. This method of blending is common in high end real estate photography and has been my standard method for some time now. The final image produced is generally so much better than what can be captured in "one take". Obviously this method takes more time to shoot and post process and is why we charge a higher fee.
